Health and Fitness Assessment Techniques in Higher Education
The session will focus on classroom health and fitness assessment techniques and strategies in the higher education classroom. Course objectives include building an assessment plan, aligning assessment criteria to national standards, and collecting data for the purpose of achieving program goals. The presentation will also provide a comparison of an introductory personal health course with common course objectives delivered in both a face-to-face and WEB format.
