Helping Secondary Students Become Their Physical Best |
Over thirty physical educators from around the country contributed to the 60 activities in the new Physical Best Activity Guide: Middle and High School Levels, released in 2005. The activities focus on the components of health-related fitness as well as personal fitness planning. This session will include several activities from the book, and ideas for incorporating them into middle and high school physical education curriculums. |
