NASPE/Physical Best endorsed by Middle and Secondary School Physical Education Council
Helping Secondary Students Become Their Physical Best
Over thirty physical educators from around the country contributed to the 60 activities in the new Physical Best Activity Guide: Middle and High School Levels, released in 2005. The activities focus on the components of health-related fitness as well as personal fitness planning. This session will include several activities from the book, and ideas for incorporating them into middle and high school physical education curriculums.
