Join the 2005 NASPE Elementary TOY's in this dynamic workshop which covers a spectrum of strategies to provide children with meaningful opportunities to learn, reflective of the NASPE National Physical Education Standards. The workshop begins with "TEAM Time," a chance to focus your entire school on the benefits and joy of learning on the move. Next, participants will be guided through specific movement activities with the focus on critical cues to enhance development of specific movement skills, integration of cross-curricular concepts, infusing "jest" the right amount of humor, and using various assessment techniques to celebrate learning.
