| The Instructor of Pool Manager and the Program Aide Course will enable aquatic educators to provide students with the skills needed (hire and manage a staff, develop a program, and maintain proper water quality) to be a competent pool manager. The 4-hour instructor course includes all text materials (the Pool Manager’s Notebook and the Pool Professor CD) as well as a teacher’s guide and a PowerPoint presentation. The course is an ideal supplement to the standard lifeguarding or water safety course. The course is based on materials originally developed by the Aquatic Council of AAALF/AALR. |
