Annual CAAD Symposium on Research in Aging |
In addition to this year’s deVries award winner for distinguished research in aging, William L. Haskell, Professor of Medicine at Stanford University, this symposium also allows CAAD to recognize the Rosabel Koss Honor Award winner for outstanding contributions, meritorious service, and exceptional leadership to CAAD and its goals; the Ray A. Ciszak Service Award to an individual or group that is not a part of AAHPERD but have made significant contributions to programs for older adults; and the Excellence in Programming Award which recognizes programs promoting and encouraging physical fitness, wellness, and the importance of seniors remaining active throughout their lives. |
