| Crisis in Aquatics: The Missing Summer Pool Facility Manager |
| Over the past ten years, finding a professional to serve as a pool manager/director on a summer/seasonal basis has become a difficult chore (for country clubs, swim clubs, etc.) due to a multitude of factors. This presentation will discuss the factor's which have contributed to today's realities of this situation. Additional discussion will center on suggestions that can be used to lessen the crisis and help those in the field who are sources/providers of these professionals. |
