| In Pursuit of Collaboration: Connecting With Colleagues in Sport Management |
| The intent of this session is to examine how collaborative relationships are formed and the ways in which faculty collaborate in sport management. Research and theories regarding collaboration will be included. Suggestions and discussion related to the development of these relationships and how to create an environment where collegiality can flourish will also be addressed. Additionally, strategies to avoid potential problems with barriers, power, exploitation, evaluation, and credit will also be discussed. |
