Bridging the Cultural Divide: Making Sports an Extension of the Classroom
This training packages best practices from organizational development experts, leading educational psychologists, and elite coaches into an interactive 4-hours that addresses how to create and sustain a thriving educational-athletic culture. Administrators learn how to a develop sports program that truly reinforces their school’s mission. Athletic Directors also learn how to equip coaches with tools to become “Double-Goal Coaches™,” who strive to win AND teach life lessons via sports. Coaches and teachers will learn how to apply research-based tools to create learning environments where participants give 100% effort on and off the playing fields.
