Relationship Marketing: Facilitating the Active Older Adult Lifestyle |
There has been tremendous growth in retirement communities that attract seniors on the basis of an active lifestyle. Relationship marketing can facilitate the active older adults’ lifestyle so that they will remain satisfied and connected to the community. At the core of relationship marketing is the need for mutual participation. Residents and service professionals must be engaged in identifying and addressing the needs that will result in satisfaction.
