New Directions in Assessing Attitudes toward Teaching Students with Disabilities |
Examine how to use information from the study of attitudes to improve the practice of teaching physical education in the inclusive environment. The greatest need in the study of attitudes is for contextual analysis and long term collaboration, which will be discussed in detail. This session will serve as a starting point for a conversation on how to study attitudes more effectively and how to develop participatory research projects that inform practice. The intended audience includes practitioners, teachers, therapeutic recreation professionals, and university faculty. |
