Coaching and Adventure: Getting Extraordinary Results through Positive Team Development |
This session will teach coaches how to use the Adventure process as a tool for creating high performing teams. Coaches have a unique opportunity to shape the learning experience of their team members in a way that focuses less on the season record and more on building community and promoting positive values. Tools such as the Full Value Contract help coaches learn how to coordinate individual efforts toward a common goal. Coaches will also learn how to process team experiences as a way to make meaning of practicing, winning, losing, and playing together. |
