AAHE/Professional Preparation |
New and Revised Expectations for Health Educators |
Three major projects will influence how health educators do their jobs and the expectations for the professional preparation of health educators. Participants in the Competencies Update Project (CUP), the AAHE/NCATE Committee that oversees accreditation of school health educators within colleges of education, and the National Health Education Standards (for students in k-12) review will provide updates on the changes coming down the road because of these projects. |
