A Journey Through Movement |
This presentation serves two purposes. First, it is an educational overview of the foundational principles of strength training. Second, it is a creative journey into the raw power and beauty the human body is capable of once a proper foundation of strength is firmly established. Areas included in the presentation are: strength training strategies and techniques, the art of fighting, and dance. In conclusion, the audience will be able to observe common relationships between all three areas of movement being presented. |
