Tai Chi: "It's Not Just for Seniors Anymore"
Participants of all ages and abilities will be introduced to Tai Chi and how it can be integrated into a healthy lifestyle to promote personal wellness. Each participant will be asked to perform the relaxation breathing techniques to combat stress and improve self-control. Learn basic stretches to prevent injury and develop flexibility. Become involved in partner exercises to learn how the ‘basics’ can be fit together to develop fun and applied cooperative learning exercises that encourage social interaction while facilitating movement
