Fitness Has No Finish Line! |
This program will challenge participants to learn the latest innovative fitness activities for students in grades 3-8, enabling them to then challenge their student’s minds and bodies with the use of self-directed fitness. Students will take ownership in their own personal fitness while being educated on the health and fitness concepts which are designed using the NASPE Content Standards and Benchmarks. This session is designed to introduce participants to hands-on fitness and lifetime dance activities they can apply using the developmentally appropriate practices, which will allow for individual goal setting and success in their classes. |
