An informed look at the bio-mechanical dangers of standard classical positions and what you can do to minimize them.
The audience will learn the mechanical parameters of hip-function and receive details on spinal mechanics.
Diverse dancer's pathologies will be traced back to use-related aggravation.
Suggestions will be made for training the dancer with respect to bio-mechanical limitations. The speaker will physically demonstrate the significance of applied science for dancing and audience members will be invited to try a few excercises. |
