Assessing the "Soft Skills" In Adventure Education |
Current concerns with assessmwnt cut across all areas of curriculum. There are always questions about how we can assess the affective domain areas or "soft skills" of communication, goal setting, cooperation and teamwork. This session will examine existing tools designed to measure these skills and will further explore modification of existing tools and creation of others that can be used for the purpose of assessing the affective domain. |
