How to Make the Job of the Athletic Director Manageable
This session explores a variety of techniques useful to those in the position of athletic director. It identifies common responsibilities and presents ways to make the job more manageable. In addition to sports, athletic directors generally have many responsibilities in their educational environments. The session will address the handling of multi-tasks and responsibilities more effectively. There will be opportunity for interaction with those in attendance.
