| Body Image and Body Issues in Female Athletes: Lessons Learned from College and Elite Athletes |
| This session will present relevant theoretical knowledge about body image, body composition, and eating disordered behaviors in athletes with insights gained from coaching and training collegiate and elite female athletes. The focus will be on sharing real life experiences in order to help frame theoretically sound and realistic approaches and solutions for teachers and coaches working with female athletes. |
