Writing for Adapted Physical Activity Journals (Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly – APAQ; PALAESTRA: Forum of Sport, Physical Education, Recreation for Those with Disabilities): Enhancing Publication Success |
This session will provide attendees with an overview of the two scholarly journals in adapted physical activity. Editors will provide insights and perspectives relative to publication with special emphasis on enhancing the success of manuscript acceptance. Information will be shared relative to current review processes, as well as developing appropriate manuscript content and format. Attendees will have opportunities to interact with the editors relative to publication topics of interest. The session has particular relevance for those who are new to or who are re-engaging in the publication process, or those only interested in knowing more about the journals. |
