Mind and Body Fitness in Secondary Physical Education
This session is for high school educators seeking a more holistic approach to secondary physical education. We will provide a detailed overview of a course that we offer at our high school that focuses on mental relaxation, rejuvenation, body awareness, and the importance of reflection. The course includes yoga, kick boxing, self defense, Pilates, resistance training, cardio training, neuromuscular relaxation, journaling, and more.
