The nature of the risks inherent in physical activity and sport settings is greater than in any other discipline. It is, therefore, imperative that sport professionals realize the importance of establishing and maintaining environments that will ensure the safety of their participants. The primary purpose of this session is to expose HPERD practitioners to the facts and rulings of several “hot” court cases that have had a significant impact on the profession. This interactive and informative session is bound to intrigue and educate all attendees. |
