MASSPEC Day: Get Over the Fitness Hurdle with the TURTL'
Ever use a TURTL' to overcome a hurdle? If not, here's your chance to experience a Core Exercise Stability Dome (TURTL') to achieve the ultimate, functional training to develop balance, coordination, core stability, total body awareness, proprioception, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. It is great for neuromuscular development and sensory integration, as well. Participants will find a stability ball on one side and a platform on the other side creating the challenge of dynamic balance and freeing one's total musculature for development through increased demand and energy expenditure. Addresses competency in movement patterns needed to perform variety of physical activities.
