Circuit Breakers |
This workshop will give attendees the tools to design a multitude of circuit classes for the older adult. Using simple equipment and keeping in mind “functional fitness,” participants will learn at least two ‘turn key’ and ready to go circuits that will have senior members laughing and perspiring. Circuits are a great way to add variety to your workout, and enable group instructors to do more one-on-one work. |
