MASSPEC Day: Fighting Obesity: Activities to Educate and Motivate
This activity-based session, designed for the middle and secondary physical educator, focuses on activities to improve student fitness levels. Integrated into these activities are methods of teaching the lifetime fitness concepts and student motivation ideas. Suggestions are provided for maximizing participation and making the most out of limited equipment and space. Many of the ideas presented in this session can be easily adapted to a variety sport skills and activity concepts.
