| Conducting Research on Aging and Physical Activity on a Shoestring Budget | ||
| Jeffery D. Hoffman, Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT The purpose of this application oriented session is to present and discuss physical activity programming ideas for older adults and the research that may grow from that programming, all within the constraints of a limited budget. With the streamlining of institutional budgets, exercise practitioners are challenged with creatively designing and assessing exercise programs geared toward the promotion of successful aging. This session will benefit attendees through the discussions of realistic exercise programming ideas encouraging participants to share their thoughts and/or experiences regarding physical activity and aging. | ||
