Physical Fitness Activities Using Fitness Balls and Music to Include Students with and without Disabilities
Participants will explore physical fitness activities that include students with a wide range of abilities in areas of fitness including; cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, body position, spatial awareness, coordination and core strength in a variety of delivery models. Participants will have an opportunity to participate in this great physical fitness activity that uses fitness balls also know as swiss balls, exercise balls, balance balls, and therapy balls for inclusion activities. This is the 2004 APE Teacher of the Year (TOY) Presentation.
