It is never too early to start building the foundation for healthy habits. The early childhood years provide many windows of learning opportunities for teaching health education. This workshop will explore the developmental and neuroscience foundation for teaching children ages 3-6. Explore THE GREAT BODY SHOP PreK Health Education program from a developmental perspective. Teaching young children healthy habits using strategies that capitalize on the five developmental components will be the focus of this workshop.
