Using Learning Preferences to Improve Coaching and Athletic Performance
Using the Athletic version of the VARK learning preference inventory, coaches/teachers will be able to identify their own coaching/teaching preferences and determine how to best design classes, practices, and competitions to provide the best instruction to players and students. A discussion of the theory behind learning preferences in athletics/physical education will be combined with a practical application of the theory to provide participants with strategies to use in practice, competition, and teaching settings.
