YOGA: Brighten Your Present and Future by Practicing Yoga
This session will show how learning the practice of yoga brightens an individual's present and future. Practicing Hatha Yoga Asanas and Breath Control exercises will produce instant results and continuous practice will provide self-help therapy in the future. Participants will be taught how to harness the life force, conserve energy (instead of expend it wastefully) and physical vigor, and achieve the dearly needed integration of body, mind, and spirit to maintain sanity in the present day stressful world. Attendees will learn how to practice asanas and breathing exercises correctly. Beginning, intermediate, and advance level participants can benefit from this session.
