Fitness Activities for Students With Disabilities: Inclusive and Adapted Settings
This presentation will provide a variety of activities/tasks/exercises that will be intriguing to students with disabilities and have the opportunity to promote physical fitness. Activities are designed to be fun so the students with disabilities are more willing to participate. The audience may participate in the non-traditional activities that can enhance fitness development for students with disabilities of varying ages. Additionally, still and video clips of students with disabilities will demonstrate other activities.
