Multiple Task Management
In order to survive and function productively in today's complex and demanding educational work environment, a basic understanding of managing multiple tasks is necessary. The purpose of this session is to provide attendees with task management strategies necessary to effectively perform one's leadership role in teaching, administrating, or coaching. Current or aspiring teachers, coaches, athletic directors, and department chairs will benefit form this session. Multiple task management strategies including but not limited to: teaching, coaching, directing, student/athlete counseling, recruiting, committee service, publishing, and family will be presented.
