| Since getting the right people engaged in a shared vision is the consummate key to success, the most important decision is who is hired. Next, developing, mentoring, and enhancing the capacities of others are essential in achieving goals. This session will focus on using the literature in organizational behavior and personnel management to inform the human relations aspect of higher education, including recruiting, retraining, retaining, and rewarding people. Attendees will gain a broader and deeper understanding about how leaders can enhance the performance of their colleagues. |
