| There are at least eight objectives that various tournament formats and scheduling systems can satisfy. Schedule-Flex, Continual Randomization, Partial Round Robin, Boxed Ladder, Inverted Placement, and Triple Elimination are innovative scheduling and format ideas that can meet various combinations of those objectives. |
