| Description | The future of our profession lies in the hearts, minds and hands of our young professionals. The Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (CAHPERD) in partnership with Tim Horton’s Camps will be hosting its inaugural Student Leadership Conference in the fall of 2004. This conference will bring together young, aspiring professionals in the fields of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Kinesiology from post secondary institutions across Canada and the United States to actively participate in theoretical and practical sessions focusing on the development of leadership skills. Come and see what CAHPERD has planned for this exciting ‘experience’. This historical event has the potential for being the ‘springboard’ for a first time, joint CAHPERD/AAHPERD Student Leadership Conference in 2005.
