| Description | The purpose of this session is two-fold: (1) to present the findings of a pilot exercise program which was implemented at Council of Aging senior centers and describe specific goals, programs, results, and outcomes for an innovative fitness program delivered at senior centers and (2) to provide an overview of fitness/wellness program development for older adults as a service to the campus and surrounding community with emphasis on programming opportunities, program organization, and program promotion. |
