Developing and Implementing Marketable Worksite Stress Management Programs
Economic and social pressures along with technological changes have resulted in today’s worksite demanding greater productivity from fewer employees, while negatively impacting employee health, morale and productivity. This workshop will provide participants with skills and knowledge necessary to develop, market, implement and evaluate worksite stress management programs as part of a comprehensive health promotion program. Appropriate for individuals conducting health promotion programs in corporate, school, hospital or related settings. Participants will experience hands-on stress management strategies and have opportunities to evaluate resources. Attention will be given to overcoming obstacles that inhibit successful programming, as well as to examining alternative implementation approaches.
