This interactive forum will examine Black quarterbacks’ dynamic leadership roles in the National Football League and subsequent effects upon amateur levels of play. Data concerning evidence of stacking at the quarterback position in the NFL will be presented. The roles of head coaches and front office personnel, including data concerning minorities’ representations in these positions, and subsequent influences on the roles of quarterbacks will be discussed.
