AAALF/Aquatic Council
Teacher of Adapted Aquatics - Phases 2 and 3
This is a full day session (6-7 hours) for Water Safety Instructors who have successfully completed the Phase 1 Knowledge Portion of the AAALF Aquatic Council Teacher of Adapted Aquatics Correspondence Course. Phase 1 (which requires prerequisites in WSI, CPR and First Aid) takes about 2-3 months from time of registration with AAALF to complete will need to be completed prior to March 15, 2004. Successful completion of the physical/teaching components, reflection papers, and multiple choice test may yield a Teacher of Adapted Aquatics Credential. Location: UNO Recreation and Fitness Center, 2000 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, LA 70148. Transportation TBA.
