| This program will focus on the development of a departmental assessment plan using a continuous improvement initiative. There will be discussion on the Program Self-Assessment Service questionnaire published by Educational Testing Service. Practical examples will be provided, and personal observations on the implementation of a departmental assessment plan will be shared. |
