Administrative Challenges for Health Education in College/University Settings
This session will provide an overview of the administrative challenges facing higher education with a focus on health education. The presenters will describe how issues of faculty recruitment especially faculty of color, faculty development, outcome assessment and accreditation, administrative evaluations, and financial constraints may influence the quality and sustainability of programs. The presentation will also include the development and creative ways to generate alternative revenue streams.
