How do you increase physical activity (PA) with 3-5 year olds? Learn about techniques used in an early childhood research intervention collaboration with The University of Tennessee, Memphis and San Diego State University/The SPARK Programs. Join us for activities that will demonstrate effective strategies to increase physical activity and improve gross motor skills during early childhood movement lessons. With the obesity epidemic on the rise, a discussion will focus on the need for structured play to promote active and healthy lifestyles.
