Teaching Undergraduate Motor Learning: Sharing Our Passion and Our Strengths
The purpose of this workshop is to provide a forum through which motor learning professionals can exchange information in an effort to enrich their undergraduate motor learning course. This in-depth program will be conducted by experts in the field and divided into four sessions. Session 1 will present ideas and strategies for designing assignments and assessing student understanding. Session 2 will introduce hands on activities used to engage students and reinforce key concepts. Session 3 will focus on integrating the scientific process into the applied motor learning course. The value of motor learning as a sub-discipline will be Session 4.
