Exercise Physiology and Movement Analysis for the Practitioner
Experience exercise physiology and movement analysis. This session will demonstrate the basic movement principles, both physiological and mechanical, in relation to what you teach everyday. Walk away with the “whys” of what you do in your classroom as well as new ways of thinking about what you teach. Not your typical review session.
