A Crash Course in Balance and Stability
Finally a session that will keep you on your feet-literally! This presentation will provide participants the opportunity to experience balance from a whole new perspective. An array of individual balance units that may involve manipulative skills, basic stability, or combinations of simple to complex moves will challenge one's determination to succeed. As the individual chooses his/her level of ability, the components of the task may change to accommodate the learner in the form of height, diameter, texture, static or dynamic balance, or other intriguing variables. Success is on every level!.
