Spirituality, Searching for the Grails: Relationships, Meaning and Purpose
Spirituality is distinctly different from religion although there is considerable interplay between the two. Spirituality is personal and has to do with relationships, meaning and purpose. The relationships are with self, nature, the arts, other people, spouse/significant other and Higher Power. Meaning and purpose are necessary for a healthy life. A person must be able to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy spirituality and healthy and unhealthy relationships. Criteria to accomplish this will be elucidated. It will conclude with a "Walk In The Garden" sight and sound experience.
