Why is the "GYM" Teacher Giving an End of Course Exam?
“Why is the gym teacher…?” We’ve all heard a version of that question at one time or another. Come to this session to learn how to design and implement a middle school Healthful Living end of course exam in your school or district. During the session we will provide you with the procedures and framework that establish an end of course exam; the obstacles you may face with modified steps for a successful year coming; and actual models of the test we piloted. Most importantly, we will provide the answer to why the “gym” teacher would give an end of course exam!.
