Challenge Your Balance on a Shoestring

The presentation will demonstrate the use of cost-effective balance equipment (including noodles and plywood) and mobility exercises (from the Hadeda to the duck walk) in order to help older adults maintain or improve their balance. Attendees may participate in the activites which are designed to provide challenges for the very active ranging to the frail.
