For centuries Qigong has been used in China to enhance health and well-being. There are thousands of Qigong practices. Some are difficult to learn. Some are difficult to receive benefits from. 18 Movement Qigong is both easy to do and receive benefits from. It was created by combining elements of Tai Chi and Qigong into one simple exercise routine that offers the advantages of both. Relaxing yet invigorating, the 18 movements take about 18 minutes to practice. The simplicity and gentleness make it suitable for people of any age and in any stage of fitness. Participants will learn the entire 18 movements.
