Fats of Life--Nutrition for Everyone
Part One- The Science of Metabolism. Learn the basics of how we get fat and why we keep it. Once you know what happens at the level of the muscle cell you can really teach students and team members how to eat right and exercise regularly to reach top form. Weight loss, strength gains and aerobic vs. anaerobic workouts will be covered. Part Two- Nutrition. Your students and athletes want to be their best and you know that eating right is important. Learn to tell the difference between foods that are good for you and foods that aren’t bad for you.
